Rian Malhan is a student at The British School, studying French, English Literature, International Math, Spanish, Physics, Global Perspectives, Economics, Business Studies, and Physical Education. He is keenly interested in and passionate about the intersection of business, economics, and sustainability – this has informed both his academic and extracurricular interests, including his work as the Founder of Wheel Deal India. 

With business aptitude, Rian was commended at the International Business Olympiad 2023 and received the The British School’s Business Bronze Award. His interest in entrepreneurship continued to grow with his participation in Columbia Summer Immersion’s “Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Changing the World via Venture Creation” for two weeks, where he and his colleague worked under Ms. Sarah Beston. Rian is not only an academic laureate but also a cricketer with various roles as a No. 3 batsman, off-spin bowler, and fielder. He has participated in numerous international tournaments. Recently, he was a top fielder and the best player in the Under 17 Gulf Cup in Dubai.
